Vintage Antique WASHINGTON State PATROL Cloth Shoulder Patch WSP police. About 6 3/4 x 2 1/2 inches, feels like wool, light wear, one small pinhole at top, edges are a little rough, back has some thing on it in a couple spots, see scan.
